Ramona’s background encompasses 25 years as chief executive officer for non-profit organizations. She has also been an active board member for Americans for the Arts, the United States Urban Arts Federation, the Nonprofit Advisory Board, the National Association of Local Arts Agencies, and others.

She uses this experience, combined with her ability to effectively address challenges and change, to engage clients in collaborative strategic planning. Planning processes focus on each client’s specific challenges and are aligned with their mission and goals.
